Disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

Three types of transaction take place on this service: (1) the platform service we sell, (2) exhibitor fees and event tickets sold by each event organizer, and (3) products sold by each seller. For (2) and (3) the seller is not us; we provide the venue for the transaction and the means of payment. Disclosures for each of those sellers are published on the relevant event page or product page.

1. Platform service (sold by us)

The service used by event organizers and product sellers.

Prices: Platform fee: JPY 52,800 to 330,000 per year (tax included; plans by scale, with monthly billing charged at 20% above the annual price). Official website setup from JPY 220,000 (tax included) and annual maintenance from JPY 39,600 (tax included). Our fee on payments made through the platform: 2.2% of the payment amount (tax included; no fee applies to free tickets). Custom development: JPY 88,000 per person-day (tax included). Payment methods: Bank transfer against an invoice we issue, credit card, or direct debit. Our fee on payments made through the platform is deducted from the sales proceeds.
Fees other than the price: No shipping fees apply, as this is a service. All prices shown include consumption tax. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer. The payment processor's fee (3.6% of the payment amount) is deducted from the sales proceeds. Internet connection charges are borne by the customer.
Service delivery: The account is opened and available within five business days after payment is confirmed. Official website construction is delivered according to the schedule communicated individually at the time of contract.
Cancellation and withdrawal: The platform service term runs for one year from the day we open your account. Signing up mid-month does not result in any pro-rata charge. To cancel, contact us through the enquiry form at least 30 days before your renewal date. A request received in time takes effect at that renewal. A request received later does not affect the upcoming renewal and takes effect at the one after it. The time of your request is the time the enquiry form is submitted, in Japan Standard Time. Fees already paid are not refunded on a pro-rata basis; the service remains available until the end of the paid period. Website construction fees are not refundable once production has begun. Refunds are given if we are unable to provide the service through our own fault, or if a duplicate charge occurs.

2. Exhibitor fees and event tickets (sold by each event organizer)

The seller is the organizer of each event. Prices and conditions of sale are shown on the relevant event page.

Prices: The amount shown by the organizer on each event page (consumption tax included).
Payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay, convenience store payment, or bank transfer. Payments are processed by fincode byGMO, provided by GMO EPSILON, Inc.
Fees other than the price: No shipping fees apply, as delivery is electronic. All prices shown include consumption tax. Payment processing fees are borne by the organizer and are never charged to the customer. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer. Internet connection charges are borne by the customer.
Delivery: Electronic tickets are issued immediately after payment is completed for credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPay, and after payment is confirmed for convenience store payment and bank transfer. Exhibitor slots are confirmed when the organizer notifies you of the selection result.
Cancellation and refunds: Whether a customer-initiated cancellation is accepted depends on the conditions set by each event organizer, as does the treatment of a cancelled or postponed event. Refunds are processed by us through the payment processor based on the organizer's decision.

3. Store products (sold by each seller)

The seller is the individual listing the product, who also ships it. Used items are included.

Prices: The amount shown by the seller on each product page (consumption tax included).
Payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay, or convenience store payment. Payments are processed by fincode byGMO, provided by GMO EPSILON, Inc.
Fees other than the price: Shipping is included in the listed price and borne by the seller; no shipping fee is charged to the customer. All prices shown include consumption tax. Payment processing fees are borne by the seller and are never charged to the customer. Internet connection charges are borne by the customer.
Delivery: Products are shipped by the seller within seven days after payment is confirmed, and you are notified when the item ships.
Returns: If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, or if a used item differs materially from the condition stated on the product page, contact us within seven days of delivery. Return shipping is borne by the seller and the item is exchanged or refunded. Returns for customer convenience are accepted only for unopened items within eight days of delivery, with return shipping borne by the customer. Opened items cannot be returned, nor can used items on the grounds of wear that falls within the stated condition.
Account closure: You may close your account at any time. If you have an order awaiting shipment or a return in progress, the account is closed once that is complete.
