Platform fee
Plans are set by your booth capacity. There is no limit on how many events you run.

Your plan is set when you open registration
Your plan is determined by the booth capacity you set when creating a registration round. It is never decided by the results after the event.
- We do not judge by the actual number of applications
- If applications exceed your capacity through waitlist promotions, you are not charged extra
- Upgrade when you want to set a capacity above your limit; the difference is prorated over the remaining term
- Downgrades take effect at renewal
Website setup
The cost depends on how much you prepare yourself.
We swap your colors, logo, and photos into our design. Includes Japanese and English, plus a full set of legal pages.

We build your top page to an original design. Because you supply the design, it costs JPY 77,000 less than our semi-custom build.

- Setup so you can send and receive your domain email from the Gmail account you already use, with no Google Workspace subscription

Annual maintenance

Covers hosting, uptime monitoring, bug fixes, and minor text or image updates. Varies with the size of the site.

These apply when you collect exhibitor fees or ticket sales online.
